GES Construction managed this ground-up build from start to finish. We began with full site preparation, excavation, and a reinforced concrete foundation built for long-term strength and stability. From there, our team completed the full structural framing and exterior envelope — including roofing, siding, and high-efficiency windows — ensuring durability, energy performance, and quality craftsmanship throughout.
